Most carpets do not require additional stain removal because of the high quality detergent we use.  Stain removal is never guarranteed.  We have a very high success rate in most cases.

We offer online payments for your convenience. Payment is due upon completion of our service.  Once we receive payment, we will email your receipt.  We accept all forms: cash, check, paypal, apple pay, barter, gift cards from other businesses...   If you pay by check or cash, an invoice can be given out or left at place of service.

1) Plz leave apt door unlocked

2) Give us security door code (or we may already have it).  Otherwise, we can always get in - people tend to let service personel into bldg.

3) We clean in geographical order so appt times are not given during end of month move outs.  We text prior to arriving and send pics as we clean.

4) Once rental is cleaned, office sends email invoice (pymt due upon completion). We use Square so your $ and info is always secure.
